What happened: Thank you - I bought four sets of your white Gluckstein queen-sized sheets at your big Spring Weekend Sale in April, ****, using my credit card. I bought them at your Market Mall store in Calgary, Alberta.**We have now moved to Comox, Vancouver Island and I only opened two sets of these sheets a week ago for our two guest rooms in our new home. Our visitors said the sheets, though of good quality, are very heavy & not cool at all, despite being *** percent cotton. I was very disappointed in their comment, & thus, washed a set for myself & agree.**I know the return date for a refund onthis purchase of four sheet sets has now expired, but can I, please return two sheets of the unopened sheets for a credit in your store? I will travel to Nanaimo, BC next week to do this, if it is possible, or can I mail the two sheet sets back to The Bay for a credit?**Kindly tell me what to do. I would be very grateful & would appreciate your quick reply. **Thank you very much.**Sincerely,*Phillipa Moult
